1. The official challenge is 20 minutes of exercise per day, every day on and between November 24 and December 31. For every day you miss, you donate $5 to the HHH supported charity (Angels of Hope & Mighty Millie Foundation). Please hold all donations until the end of the challenge.

  2. Exercise can include walking. However, walking around the grocery store should not be counted. You can do better. When in doubt, only count exercise that is above and beyond your day to day activity.

  3. This challenge is on the honor system — track your exercise on a calendar or in your head. Cheating isn’t tolerated. Santa’s watching you.

  4. You are eligible for the Hustle Hall of Fame if you do not miss a day. Prizes are awarded. You CAN do it.

  5. Post pictures to our Facebook Group and tag us on Instagram (@healthyholidayhustle). We want to see you hustlin’!

  6. Festive apparel is always encouraged. Working out with a Santa hat will make you laugh, promise.

  7. HAVE FUN WITH IT! Invite your friends and family to join in and make your health a NEW holiday tradition!
